Playdates!!

Moves are never easy. Especially the leaving friends part. But the nice thing about moving is seeing old friends again. I love it when you can reconnect with someone you haven't seen in years and it feels like no time has passed. Missaha and I became friends when we were at Faulkner and I was so happy to learn that she and her family live only 45 minutes away. We have been taking turns driving over to have playdates and so far the kiddos have really been having a blast.

Here are some of the pictures from the last 3 times we got together.

Cal and Kip

Tag, you're it

Thanks to Liz, I have now been tagged.

First Memory. When I was four my sister and I took a ride in my mom's car and I was driving! (The car was knocked out of park.) We went down the hill of my grandmother's driveway, across the street and into the neighbor's front door!

First Love. Can you be in love at 16? I thought I was soooo in love with Adam Bevis.

First Thought in the Morning. Snooze! Where is that button?

First Question I'll Ask in Heaven. Wow, that really is a hard one...no clue.

First Thought Upon Hearing the Word 'Vacation'. Mexico!

First Best Friend. Heather Rogers and Jenny Peden

Last Food I Ate. Breakfast bar and a Diet Dr Pepper

Last Time I Cried. When we pulled away from the Guest's house for the last time

Last Good Book I Read. I am in the process of reading "The Perfect Stranger" by Lucy Kaylin

Ok! Ok!

So, yes, I have been a bit lazy with the blogs and I can name 200 reasons why. However, here are my two best:

1. Our hard drive with all 10,000 of our pictures crashed and we are having to send it off to get all the data retrieved. Yes, my heart did a nose dive but the guy on the phone has high hopes that we will get it all back. At what cost I am not sure, but I am hopeful.
2. There is very little time right now that I am alone. Peyton and I are together 24/7 so sitting down for an hour or two in front of the computer never happens.

So.....when the hard drive comes back I will update and when the kiddo goes to Kindergarten I will fill you in on what life is like in Auburn.

Until then....

Just in case the lovely face throws you off, Peyton lost her first tooth.
