Homeless

As of 6:30 p.m tonight we are officially homeless. All of our belonging are in a storage unit and the keys have been turned in. Laura is such a gracious sister to let us stay with her until our townhouse is ready in a couple of weeks.

We are so blessed and it's not until times like these that we realize it. We have a few clothes and personal belongings like the computer, papers, and my camera that are not packed away. Peyton has a few books, crayons, and her favorite baby doll. And we are all just fine. We could live like this for a long time if we had to. Why do we want so much when we need almost none of it? What is it that is comforting about owning your own stuff? I'm asking b/c I am restless to buy a new car and a house and more stuff to go in that new house. I am looking forward to making more money just so I can own more.

Just in case anyone does actually read these, my thought are usually jumbled, so my blogs will be I guess, until I get the hang of it.

The Last Move in Tennessee

We're in the process of moving into a 2 bedroom townhouse very close to my job as well as the greatest mall in Nashville, Green Hills. Peyton is out of school for the summer and will be spending lots of time with her new friend Colby Christian in Hendersonville.
